4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
7 oz. green chili salsa
1 c. sour cream
1 T. grated onion (optional)
Soft flour tortillas
1 ½ c. grated cheese
Grease crock pot. Cut to tortillas into 4-6 pie shapes. Put one layer of tortillas on the bottom of the pot. Then add a layer of chicken. Top with mixture made of the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, green chili salsa, sour cream and onions. Repeat the layers twice, for a total of three layers. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Add the cheese for the 15-20 minutes of cooking.
