Chicken and Rice

My kids are VERY picky and they LOVE this!

4-6 Boneless Chicken breasts or 1 whole Chicken, Cooked
2 Cups Instant Rice cooked in four cups of water
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (or one can Cream of Chicken and one can Cream of Celery)
Salt to Taste
One sleeve Ritz Crackers
One stick Butter

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces and set aside. Combine cooked chicken, cooked rice and Cream of Chicken Soup in a 9X12 inch baking dish. Consistency should be soupy. Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers over the casserole and drizzle one stick of melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
