Mississippi Mud Cake

2 sticks of butter (or margarine)
2 cups sugar
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cups chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
Miniature marshmallows

Melt butter and cocoa together on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake. Cover with chocolate frosting.

FROSTING:
1 stick of butter (or margarine)
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 box confectionery sugar
1/3 cup milk

Mix and heat over low flame until smooth, spread on warm cake.
