Texas Brownies

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Place flour and sugar in large bowl and set aside. Melt together margarine, water and cocoa, bringing almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add to flour - sugar mix. Add in buttermilk, eggs, soda and cinnamon. Spray 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray; pour in batter and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1-3/4 to 2 cups confectioner's sugar
Melt margarine, cocoa and milk together. Keep on low heat, and add confectioner's sugar until a good texture for frosting. Spread on brownies.
