Thanksgiving Dinner in a Pan

1 onion diced
1 container sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing
1 box of Uncle Bens White and Wild Rice Mix - Add the rice and the seasoning
packet
Cooked Turkey - It can be leftovers or a precooked breast from the store -
chopped into bite sized chunks
A handful of raisins
1 apple chopped
1 can cream of celery soup - I use reduced fat kind
1 container sour cream - I use the fat free kind
1 soup can of white wine
Preheat the oven to 350. Sautee the onions and mushrooms in the butter until
soft. Then combine everything together in large bowl. Mix and put into a
roasting pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes
covered with tin foil and then 45 minutes uncovered.
